Registration Deadline is December 6, 2016
The President’s Academy is for chapter Presidents who are not selected to attend Better Man Weekend. Selected chapters can be found here. No substitutions, proxies or committee members are permitted. Undergraduates running for President in the fall should make sure their schedule will permit them to attend the President’s Academy in its entirety. Presidents who cannot attend the President's Academy are not eligible to continue in their position. If this occurs, a new President must be elected. Chapters should schedule elections prior to December 6, 2016, so that the new presidents are able to register by the deadline to avoid paying registration costs.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, December 6, 2016 by 5:00 p.m. PST. Those chapters that qualify for a travel stipend and register by December 6 will also be eligible to be reimbursed for travel-related expenses based on available funding.
Chapters not attending Better Man Weekend are required to send their President to the President’s Academy. If the President can no longer attend the program, they can no longer serve in their position and must be replaced. Proxies/substitutes/committee members are not permitted to attend in place of the President.
The registration deadline is December 6, 2016 at 5 p.m. PST. Replacements (a newly elected President and not a proxy/substitute/committee member) can be made through January 6, 2017. After December 6, 2016, only cancellations are accepted. In the event the President needs to cancel, he must notify Fraternity Staff via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone calls are not an accepted form of cancellation.
Presidents who cancel after December 6, 2016, do not show up to the program, or are asked to leave the program for violating the expectations agreement, will be billed for the true cost of attending the program ($500) as well as any travel funds paid on their behalf by the Fraternity. Further, Presidents who do not serve in their position for the entire term (until at least November 2017) will be billed the true cost of attending the program ($500) as well as any travel funds paid on their half by the Fraternity. Members will be individually responsible for those costs and could be sent to collections for failure to pay.
