Surefire Way to Communicate to Alumni
Our Chapters have a proud tradition of producing chapter newsletters that go all the way back to Yale when the Alpha Chapter produced The Yale Banner. The Yale Banner would later become The Tomahawk. Chapters have adopted unique names over the years to represent their own chapters. Chapters and Alumni Associations typically produce 2-4 newsletters per year with both entities working collaboratively to develop content for the newsletters.
The following is a newsletter template designed to be used by chapters and alumni associations. Chapters and Alumni Associations are encouraged to work collaboratively to produce 2-4 newsletters per year that has content that is relevant to alumni. With a concerted effort, alumni should receive communication that will encourage involvement and engagement with the chapter.
Alpha Sigma Phi Headquarters will create newsletters for Chapter's Alumni Associations. If you are interested, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The newsletter would look similar to those found below:
