Additional Information About Elevate
Elevate will be an exciting and memorable experience. If you bring an open mind, a willingness to take risks and ask questions, and a readiness to have fun, we guarantee an experience you will not soon forget. You can also expect to meet Alpha Sigma Phi leaders and emerging leaders from across the globe who want to lead their chapters, provisional chapters, and fraternity and sorority communities to a whole new level of excellence. You will also have a chance to meet and network with engaging alumni facilitators who are volunteering their personal time to ensure the future success of the Fraternity.
The 2017 Elevate - International Leadership Conference will be held at the McKimmon Center at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. The McKimmon Center is located at 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, NC 27606. Parking for the conference will be exclusively at the McKimmon Center. Sleeping accommodations will be provided to registered attendees, facilitators, and staff at Wolf Apartment Comples or Avent Ferry Complex.
Check-in begins at 1 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the McKimmon Center. Attendees must check into the conference first and then into their assigned residence hall. All attendees should arrive no later than 4 p.m. EDT to allow time to get checked in with the conference and then into your room. Elevate will begin promptly at 5 p.m. EDT and all attendees are expected to be in attendance for the entire program. It will conclude on Sunday morning with check out, which must occur by 12 p.m. EDT. It is not acceptable to arrive late or leave early. Attendees must check out with the residence hall to which they are assigned by returning their keys. Unreturned keys will be charged to the chapter/provisional chapter following the program. The fee is $125 at minimum.
Elevate will provide attendees with the following meals: Thursday dinner, lunch and dinner on Friday, and lunch and dinner on Saturday. If attendees need additional snacks or beverages, they are encouraged to bring those with them to Elevate or bring spending money.
Attendees with dietary needs should communicate those needs on their registration form. Every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs communicated in advance.
Attendees and facilitators are responsible for their own travel to and from Elevate - International Leadership Conference. The Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is located 13 miles (15-20 minute drive) from the McKimmon Center.
Parking for those who will have vehicles at Elevate is available exclusively at the McKimmon Center. Parking at the McKimmon Center is free of charge. Individuals who choose to park elsewhere are responsible for arranging a valid parking pass with the University in advance of their arrival. Individuals who park outside of the McKimmon Center parking lot without a valid University parking pass will be ticketed and possibly towed by the University. Individuals are responsible for their own parking violations.

Registration Deadlines & Rates
Each chapter/provisional chapter is required to register their Delegate and Alternate Delegate for Elevate by December 6, 2016.
The early registration deadline for Elevate - International Leadership Conference for other undergraduate attendees is April 15, 2017.
Registrations will be accepted until June 29, 2017 at 5 p.m. EDT.
Those who register by their respective deadlines will enjoy a discounted registration rate of $225. Those who register after April 15, 2017 will pay the registration fee of $325.
Delegates and Alternate Delegates are not eligible to cancel their attendance. They are required to find a replacement if they can no longer attend.
Other undergraduate attendees who need to cancel their attendance at the program are encouraged to find a replacement. If replacement is unavoidable, a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) will only be provided if the cancellation is submitted via email to email@example.com 60 days prior to the program (by May 13, 2017).
Cancellations received between May 13, 2017 and June 29, 2017 will not receive a refund nor will they be charged any additional fees.
Cancellations submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org after June 29, 2017 at 5 p.m. EDT will be charged the true, full cost of attending the program ($500).
Phone calls are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
No Shows & Expectations Agreement Violations
No shows to the program will be charged the true, full cost of attending the program ($500).
Individuals who are asked to leave the program for violating the program's expectations agreement will also be charged the true, full cost of attending the program ($500).
