Who can attend Renew?
All alumni and their guests are invited to attend. Some brothers choose to bring a spouse or guest, while others attend by themselves or with a group of brothers from their chapter.
Do I need to register for Renew?
It is important that we know who to expect so we can provide you with important information about the weekend. Simply fill out the online registration form or call Alpha Sigma Phi at 317-843-1911 to register. Please register by Tuesday, July 31, 2013.
What does my registration provide me?
Registration includes Thursday's Welcome Reception, Friday's Reception and a special tour of the Charleston Museum with transportation, Saturday's Breakfast, Order of the Laurel Wreath Lunch, Cocktail Reception, and your admission to the Black & White Gala. If you choose to join any of the optional events and excursions, your admission and transportation are included in the cost.
Will I receive confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email upon the receipt of your completed registration. Two weeks prior to Renew you will receive more detailed information about the event.
What kind of meetings will take place?
On Saturday morning, there will be a Fraternity and Foundation presentation and then round table discussions covering topics that are relevant to alumni personally and to Alpha Sigma Phi in general.
Is there meeting space available for my alumni association/house corporation to meet?
Yes, there is meeting space available at the Mills House. Foundation Staff is able to make arrangements for you. Please contact Foundation Staff at email@example.com for more information.
Is there a dress code for Renew activities?
Casual attire is suitable for most weekend activities. The Friday evening reception will be dressy casual and Saturday's Black & White Gala will be formal or semi-formal, with suits and dark ties or tuxedos for men and gowns or cocktail dresses for women.
