The Fraternity's Foundation Board of Directors

The Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation Board of Directors is a group of brothers who are elected to four-year terms. In addition to the Board of Directors, there are dozens of men who serve on Foundation Committees that are appointed by the Foundation Chairman to serve two to four year terms.

Each Director and Committee Member plays a pivotal role in helping the Foundation enhance the Fraternity by managing the Fraternity's restricted and unrestricted endowments.  As volunteers without compensation, the Board of Directors and their Committee Members oversee one of the Greek community's largest charitable foundations, which afford our undergraduate men some of the most innovative programming within the Greek community.

The Board of Directors meets face-to-face twice each year with three to four conference calls a year.

The Board of Directors works closely with the President and CEO to implement the tasks involved with carrying out the Mission of Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation in support of the Fraternity and its Vision and Purpose.
