On November 12, 2016, 54 men were initiated into the Theta Tau Provisional Chapter at Quinnipiac University. Assisting Coordinator of Chapter Development T.J. Brennan, Seton Hall '11, with the initiation were members from the Epsilon Lambda Chapter at the University of Hartford. The Ceremony took place in the Carl Hansen Student Center on the Quinnipiac University campus. The following men were present: Jason Reynolds, Hartford '14, Awab Mohmed, Hartford '14, Amiel Bituin, Hartford '16, Vincent Gaglioti, Hartford '16, Matt Frasier, Hartford '16, Matthew Wallach, Hartford '16, and Parker Damore, Hartford '16. On this night, the group was also installed as a Provisional Chapter and Austin Fraser, Quinnipiac '16 was the Installing President. The Installation Ceremony took place in the Carl Hansen Student Center on campus.
The Theta Tau Provisional Chapter officially chartered on Saturday, October 7, 2017, in the Burt Kahn Court on the Quinnipiac University campus. Keynote speakers included Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for Campus Life, Matthew Kurz, and Chapter President, Austin Fraser, Quinnipiac '16. Coordinator of Expansion Sam Franzoia, Chico State '12, served as the Installing Officer. Coordinator of Fraternity Initiatives Max Nelson, Iowa State '12, was also in attendance.
