Grand Chapter Registration

DELEGATE & ALTERNATE DELEGATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
December 6, 2017
- Delegates and Secondary Delegates are required to register by December 6, 2017; registration costs are billed to chapters and provisional chapters as the Summer Programming Fee. Further, Delegates and Secondary Delegates are not eligible for a cancellation refund; Delegates and Secondary Delegates who can no longer attend must find a replacement. See the cancellation policy below for more information.

REGISTRATION COST
Registration is $225 per undergraduate attendee until the Early Bird Registration Deadline of April 15, 2018. Registration costs increase by $100 if an attendee registers after April 15, 2018. Registration is accepted until June 4, 2018 at 5 P.M. EDT. No changes to registrations will be accepted after June 4, 2018.

Registration for alumni attendees may vary depending on selected options.

When planning for Grand Chapter, finances are always a consideration. Fraternity Staff are conscious of that fact and have always kept conference rates well below the inter/national fraternity average. Here are the 2018 Grand Chapter registration choices:

DELEGATE/ALTERNATE DELEGATE REGISTRATION
Chapters and provisional chapters are required to send a Delegate and a Secondary Delegate to Grand Chapter 2018. This registration cost is paid through the Summer Programing Fee. It should be noted that the Delegate and Alternate Delegate are still responsible for their own travel arrangements and the cost associated with getting to Grand Chapter.

UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION
Undergraduates and those members who graduated during the current academic year are eligible to attend and pay the Undergraduate Registration. This fee includes lodging, select meals, and conference materials.

CANCELLATIONS
Each chapter and provisional chapter is required to register their Delegate and Secondary Delegate for Grand Chapter by December 6, 2017. Registrations received after December 6, 2017 will be subject to a $100 late registration fee. All changes to Delegates and Secondary Delegates will be charged a $100 change fee per change.

The early bird registration deadline for Grand Chapter for all other undergraduate attendees is April 15, 2018; the early bird registration rate is $225. Those who register after April 15, 2018 will pay a registration rate of $325. Registrations will be accepted until June 4, 2018 at 5 p.m. EDT.

Delegates and Secondary Delegates are not eligible to cancel their attendance. They are required to find a replacement if they can no longer attend and pay a $100 change fee.

Other undergraduate attendees who need to cancel their attendance at the program are encouraged to find a replacement. If cancellation is unavoidable, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will only be provided if the cancellation is submitted via email to tbtm@alphasigmaphi.org 60 days prior to the program (by May 7, 2018). Phone calls or text messages are not an acceptable form of cancellation. Registrants who cancel after May 7, 2018 and before June 4, 2018 at 5 p.m. EDT are responsible for the registration cost in full, but will not be charged any additional fees.

Replacements can be made until without penalty until June 4, 2018 at 5 p.m. EDT by emailing tbtm@alphasigmaphi.org. Beginning June 5, 2018, no registrations changes or replacements will be accepted.

The true, full cost of individual attendance at Grand Chapter is $500. Individuals who cancel after June 4, 2018, do not attend the program, or are asked to leave the program for violating the Expectations Agreement will be charged the full cost of the program.
