In the event you need to cancel, you are encouraged to find a replacement rather than cancel.Those attendees who wish to cancel must notify Fraternity Headquarters by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone calls are not an accepted form of cancellation.
Those who cancel 60 days prior to the program will receive a full refund, minus the $25 administrative fee. Those who cancel within 60 days prior to the program will not receive a refund. Those who cancel 29 days prior to the event or do not show will receive no refund and will be billed the true cost of the program (approximately $500/person). Replacements or substitutions within 60 days of the program will still have to pay the additional $100 late registration cost.
Confirmation is sent within one week of receipt of registration, to the email address on the registration form. Please contact Fraternity Headquarters if you do not receive a confirmation email.
