Golf at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort
The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort hosted the 2012 PGA Championships. Located on the eastern-most end of Kiawah Island, The Ocean Course has more seaside holes than any other course in the Northern Hemisphere 10 along the Atlantic, with the other 8 running parallel to those.
Middleton Place Plantation Guided Tours with Lowcountry Lunch Buffet
Middleton Place is a National Historic Landmark and a carefully preserved 18th century plantation that has survived revolution, civil war, earthquakes, and hurricanes. It was the home of many generations of Middletons, beginning with Henry Middleton, President of the First Continental Congress; his son Arthur, a signer of the Declaration of Independence; his grandson Henry, Governor of South Carolina and an American Minister to Russia; and his great-grandson Williams, a signer of the Ordinance of Secession. Middleton Place encompasses the Gardens, the House Museum, and the Plantation Stable yards; all three components of this extraordinary plantation can be experienced.
A Day at Seabrook Island w/ Transportation

Docent Led Tour at the Gibbes Museum of Art
The Gibbes Museum of Art began its history in 1858, and is located a few steps from The Mills House Hotel at 135 Meeting Street. Located in the Charleston Historic District , the Gibbes houses a premier collection of over 10,000 works of fine art , principally American works, many with a connection to Charleston or the South, including artifacts representing Louis Manigault, Alpha Sigma Phi's principal founder.
Reception & Louis Manigault Tour at The Charleston Museum
Alpha Sigma Phi transports you in style to The Charleston Museum, America's First Museum, founded in 1773 and located at 350 Meeting Street, which is home to the Joseph Manigault House, Designed by gentleman architect Gabriel Manigault (Louis Manigault's grandfather) who is also credited with designing Charleston's City Hall and the South Carolina Society Hall. The Charleston Museum created a special Louis Manigault tour for Alpha Sigma Phi.
Group Dinner at Magnolia
Get together and dine with brothers at one of Charleston's finest restaurants. Choose from a preselected menu and use the time to get together with old friends, form new friendships with other Alpha Sigs, or just relax and enjoy a great meal after the welcome reception. Alpha Sigma Phi will provide transportation to the restaurant, but Magnolia is a short walk from the Mills House Hotel, so you are able to return to the hotel by foot after dinner.
History & Mystery Walking Tour
Departing from The Mills House, this evening tour passes by Charleston's most haunted spaces, including graveyards, alleys and a few unexpected sites while providing guests with stories of some of Charleston's rich history.

Historic Charleston Carriage Tour & Shopping in the Market
