GRAND CHAPTER TICKET SALES

When planning for Grand Chapter, finances are always a consideration. Fraternity Staff are conscious of that fact and have always kept conference rates well below the inter/national fraternity average. Here are the 2018 Grand Chapter registration choices:

DELEGATE & ALTERNATE DELEGATE TICKETS
Tickets will not be available after December 6, 2017
- Chapters and provisional chapters are required to send a Delegate and a Secondary Delegate to Grand Chapter 2018. This cost is paid through the Summer Programing Fee. It should be noted that the Delegate and Secondary Delegate are still responsible for their own travel arrangements and the cost associated with getting to Grand Chapter. Delegates and Secondary Delegates are required to claim their ticket by December 6, 2017; ticket costs are billed to chapters and provisional chapters as the Summer Programming Fee. Further, Delegates and Secondary Delegates are not eligible for a cancellation refund; Delegates and Secondary Delegates who can no longer attend must find a replacement. GENERAL UNDERGRADUATE TICKETS
Tickets are $225 per undergraduate attendee until the Early Bird Deadline of April 15, 2018. Ticket costs increase by $100 if an attendee purchases after April 15, 2018. Tickets will be sold until June 4, 2018 at 5 P.M. EDT or until the event is sold out. No accommodation changes will be accepted after June 4, 2018. Undergraduates and those members who graduated during the current academic year are eligible to attend and pay the Undergraduate Ticket price. This fee includes lodging, select meals, and conference materials.

Ticket prices for alumni attendees may vary depending on selected options.

CANCELLATIONS
Each chapter and provisional chapter is required to have their Delegate and Secondary Delegate tickets purchased by December 6, 2017. Tickets purchased after December 6, 2017 will be subject to a $100 late fee. All changes to Delegates and Secondary Delegates will be charged a $100 change fee per change.

The early bird deadline for all other undergraduate attendees is April 15, 2018; the early bird ticket rate is $225. Those who buy their ticket after April 15, 2018 will pay a rate of $325. Tickets will be sold until June 4, 2018 at 5 P.M. EDT or until the event is sold out.

Delegates and Secondary Delegates are not eligible to cancel their ticket purchases. They are required to find a replacement if they can no longer attend and pay a $100 change fee.

Other undergraduate attendees who need to cancel their attendance at the program are encouraged to find a replacement. If cancellation is unavoidable, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will only be provided if the cancellation is submitted via email to tbtm@alphasigmaphi.org 60 days prior to the program (by May 7, 2018). Phone calls or text messages are not an acceptable form of cancellation. Ticket holders who cancel after May 7, 2018 and before June 4, 2018 at 5 p.m. EDT are responsible for the registration cost in full, but will not be charged any additional fees.

Replacements can be made until without penalty until June 4, 2018 at 5 p.m. EDT by emailing tbtm@alphasigmaphi.org. Beginning June 5, 2018, no changes or replacements will be accepted.

The true, full cost of individual attendance at Grand Chapter is $500. Individuals who cancel after June 4, 2018, do not attend the program, or are asked to leave the program for violating the Expectations Agreement will be charged the full cost of the program.
